In the fabulous landscape of “Baia delle Favole” in Sestri Levante, since over 30 years ago, you can find a point of interest, one of the most famous fish restaurant of Liguria.
The restaurant itself, El Pescador, gives a great sense of classic and it’s on the seaside directly, the same sea that gives them the best fishes of Liguria.
The owner, Carlo Carmagnini, has in his book great dishes like “carpaccio di Morone”, “triglie di scoglio marinate”, “moscardini novelli” and a great “calamaro”.
Not only these but also “Riso alla Carmagnini” and “Gallinella Pescador”.
