It is at Pegli in the Villa Pallavicini that is surrounded by a famous historical garden. It has a vast Ligurian archeological display such as: remains of bears found in caves, Paleolithic burials, furniture that comes from Luni and Libarna and the famous Tavola di Polcevera.

It is situated within Villa Doria and it is made up of tweleve frescoed rooms that explain Genoa’s maritime history. The display of different types of boats and nautical instruments is also very interesting.
